Let's Sing A Song (vol.2) is both a departure and a return: in the spirit of the title, much of it was recorded live off-the-floor in both Guelph and Hamilton, and it's a much simpler, stripped-back, more folksy record than the two before it (or indeed its rockin' follow-up - stay tuned!).

I am *deeply* thankful to the other contributors:
- Anna Bowen plays banjo, accordion, & glockenspiel, and also sings here and there
- Ben Percy plays mandolin
- Jill McKenna plays upright bass

Mixing it all the last little while I got a chance to really listen to the playing and there are some really beautiful moments to be found, as well as some profoundly silly ones (!).

Mr. Ben Hamilton, Ontario

Mr. Ben is a Hamilton-based kids musician and educator. His first album, the Bumblebee EP, was released in 2011 shortly after opening for Fred Penner.

Since then, he has released 5 full-length studio albums & an album of lullabies, and is poised to release a 6th record in the spring on 2023.

He plays regular monthly shows in Dundas as well as making the circuit of summer and fall festivals. ... more
